Air Midwest #5471 Investigation

CA and FO knew they were overloaded. They intentionally put a lower fuel weight on the w&b to make the numbers work. At this point the investigators aren't sure to what extent that played in the crash. Here's the transcript of the CVR.

Oh, I think I figured it out, The ******* MESA AIR GROUP saved money by using a subcontractor for MX. Rigging, no I dont need a manual, Ive done this on a dozen 172's hell it can't be no different.
